In the heart of the Aubel valley, since 1895, the Stassen family has been perfecting their art. Stassen shares it with the nearby Val-Dieu abbey, which has been brewing its beer since 1216. Together, they have developed, from apples from the former territory of the abbey and respecting the tradition of double fermentation, a A characterful brown cider with caramelized notes, powerful on the palate and naturally cloudy.

This new gin has been designed based on a distillate of apple concentrate to give it the juicy and tangy taste of orchard apple, enhanced by spicy notes brought by cinnamon.
