These conditions are only valid for purchases made ON www.chezpopol.be. Other conditions apply for purchases made in store.
As a customer, you have the right to inform Chez Popol that you do not wish to purchase the items received, without obligation to pay for them and without justification. You must notify Chez Popol within 14 days of receiving the items.
Would you like to return the ordered items? Please follow the following procedure:
To return ordered items, go to 'My Orders' on the site and select the items you wish to return. Click on 'Return' and follow the instructions on the screen. If you have not created an account with us, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after receipt of the items, indicating the order number, the items you wish to return and your bank details.
Return unwanted items to us no later than 20 days after receipt to the following address: Chez Popol, Rue de Battice 53 4800 Petit-Rechain email@example.com.
Items over €100 must be returned by a courier service (such as DPD, DHL, PostNL, Fedex) or BPOST's tracked parcel delivery service.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Reimbursement of purchases (excluding return costs) is made by bank transfer to your account within 7 days of receipt of the returned items.
Only items returned in their original packaging and condition, with the original labels and accessories, and accompanied by the invoice or receipt, will be accepted and refunded. Used, soiled, damaged, washed or seriously wrinkled articles will not be accepted. Items personalized by the customer cannot be returned.
DAMAGES OR DEFECTS?
Chez Popol packs and sends its items with the utmost care. If you notice any damage or quality defect on an item, please email us stating the problem within 3 days of receiving the goods. Please attach a photo to the email and a description of the problem. We will do our best to find a suitable solution!
