The freshness at the beginning, will be followed by a pleasant and bitter character in conclusion. It keeps a light white foam coat throughout the savouring. Type: Unfiltered and unpasteurized high fermentation abbey beer.
Aroma: Beautiful scented aroma, slightly spicy.
Volume of alcohol: 6%
Color: Yellow shy and slightly veiled.
Taste: Appetizer first sweet, then slight bitterness while it is composed of two varieties of traditional hops. Little after taste on a very slightly bitter background. Extremely digestible and thirst quenching.
Foam: White but not too thick.
Glass: Large and round chalice glass.
